LEWTON-RICH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION phone script:

Hello, this is     (your name here)    calling from your Lewton Rich Neighborhood Association.

We would like remind you  of our monthly meetings on the third Thursday of the month, May 21^st at 7:00 p.m. at Dwight Rich Middle School.

We meet in the Social Room and there will be flyers posted, lighted parking along with juice and cookies provide by our local Colonial Villages’ L & L Food Center.

A door prize of one $50 gift certificate from L & L Food Center will be given away at both the May 21^st and September 17^th meetings, compliments of Councilwomen Carol Wood and A’Lynne Robinson.  You must be present to win.

The Lansing Police Department, our County Commissioners, City Council members, the Mayor’s representative and guest speakers attend our meetings and will be on hand to discuss what’s happening in the city and in YOUR neighborhood. 

We hope you’ll mark your calendars for May 21^st and see what’s happening in YOUR neighborhood!

• June Meeting is replaced by Neighborhood-wide Garage Sale - Saturday, June 20^th, 8am to 3pm

•  No meeting in July

• August Meeting is replaced by Neighborhood-wide Picnic – Tuesday, August 4, 2009, 6pm-9pm – everything furnished – just bring your families and lawn chairs

• Next Full meeting after summer will be Thursday, September 17^th, 7pm, Dwight Rich Middle School.

• Look for the Signs at entrances to our neighborhood the week of meetings.

• Our grant requests have sponsored the Street Sign Toppers at our neighborhood perimeters.
