                                                              i.     Public Service needs to see to write violation.

                                                            ii.     Report to City Council and they will send a letter from Public Service.

    7. B&E and Armed Robbery is increasing, during holiday season

    2. The medical marijuana zoning ordinance passed was with respect to residences.

                                                              i.     Provided more description of the ordinance details.

    1. Please email City Council any opinions or positions about upcoming ordinance or permit for non residential medical marijuana dispensaries.
    2. LRNA passes motion authorizing letter in support of city moratorium about medical marijuana
    3. Snow Ordinance

                                                              i.     Provided more descriptions of the proposed ordinance details.

                                                            ii.     Need to clear either ¼ visible amount of snow. Else a letter may write a letter and if not cleared it will be cleared and the house will be charged ($116 for 1st hour, plus at $49.20 per each 20 minutes), unpaid will be put on taxes.

                                                           iii.     County Land Bank cannot be accessed

                                                            ii.     Gillespie threatened to sue prior to submitting projects

                                                           iii.     Market Place  & Marshall, requested a brown fields. This allows them to clean up and they get paid back in not paying taxes.

                                                          iv.     There are many complications.

                                                            v.     Union wage pay was an issue, but not the primary reason.

    1. Incentives were meant to be incents and not taken for granted.
