      3. No Funding for Neighborhood Grants and stipends.
      4. Budget Meetings are available on both City TV and Web Cam replay.
    2. Cadillac Club which as a capacity of 700 has created enough problems with neighborhood and police department. City Council believes that the club has violated enough that 4 member wanted a resolution for Non-Renewal of Liquor License. Remaining members want to not commit the club to a looser verbal commitment. As a result the Club’s liquor license has been renewed.
    3. LCC Ramp. Carol did not recommend a hearing last year as Council was being asked to ignore the appraisal costs as opposed to prior ramps where appraisals were required. City Council passed a memorandum indicating adequate pricing. LCC then requested the original price with no changes – it is the exact same deal.  River Ramp is scheduled to be brought down for Accident Fund and its occupants are scheduled to be put in the North Ramp and now they are told to sell the north ramp.
      1. Vote to not have ramp was not to prevent sales as there was not plan to sell the ramp.
      2. Carol recommends a compromise in offices and spaces being partially sold. As a the ramp needs repair $9M but its cost does not justify the price of a new ramp $42M.
